To address the threat of undisclosed
mixing of Synthetic diamonds with Natural Diamonds, the Gemmological Institute
of India (GII), a project of GJEPC and co-sponsored by BDB has introduced a new
instrument which immediately detects synthetic diamonds. The instrument which
has been named as "Quick-Check", has been designed by the in-house
