Diamantaires in the world's biggest diamond cutting and polishing centre in Surat are upbeat following Diamond Producers Association (DPA), a consortium of world's leading diamond mining companies, and Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
