CVM Exports, Junagadh, Gujarat, had filed a writ petition , under section 44
(9) KVAT Act, before the Kerala High Court, challenging the
seizure of gold from the Kerala Gem and Jewellery Show (KGJS 2014), which was
held at CIAL Trade Fair and Exhibition Center, Cochin. The hearing which was
