Winsome Diamonds to be tagged as Wilful Defaulter

Troubled jewellery exporter Winsome Diamonds, which owes Rs 6,000 crore to a consortium of 15 lenders, may be declared as a ‘wilful defaulter’ soon, a bank official has said.
