The Board of Directors of Renaissance Jewellery Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2017, has approved the buyback of up to 2,00,000 (Two Lacs Only) Equity Shares of the Company (the "Equity Shares") of the face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 250/-
