Reader’s Response : Industry dissatisfied!

The jewellery industry is quite dissatisfied over the PAN norm as more than 65 per cent of the customers are from rural areas without a PAN card, hence there is a serious challenge for the
jewellers as well as the customer to meet the government requirements.
